The Cornea Research Foundation of America is proud to offer 2026 Cornea Research Grants to fund novel research in corneal disease. Preference is given to pilot projects, well-defined short-term protocols, and initial studies directed toward new research initiatives. Promising multi-year research projects may also be considered. This program was started in 2024 thanks to the generous support of those with corneal disease hoping to make a difference for others.
