Dr. Matthew Feng Joins Board of Directors

Dr. Feng has been involved in research since his arrival in 2012 and has presented findings at national and international conferences, written book chapters and journal articles and has earned numerous awards, honors and distinctions, while providing optimal care to his patients.

Dr. Feng is a cornea fellowship-trained surgeon at Price Vision Group. He is a native of Pennsylvania and former Presidential Scholar representing that state. At Harvard, he graduated magna cum laude and received an inaugural Millennium Scholarship from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. He completed his Ophthalmology residency at the University of Arizona where he was co-chief resident, then came to Indianapolis to learn corneal, refractive and anterior segment surgery as a fellow from Dr. Price. He chose to stay at Price Vision Group after fellowship because of the organization’s commitment to world-class research and innovation to improve patient outcomes. He speaks annually at the Focus on Education Optometry Seminar helping to spread education to other eye care professionals.

He also serves as Co-Medical Director at VisionFirst: Indiana Lions Eye Bank and is a husband and father of two active little ones. Welcome, Dr. Feng!
