LASIK & Contact Lens Study Results

Nearly 5 years ago, the Cornea Research Foundation began a landmark study to evaluate patient satisfaction between LASIK and contact lens use over the course of a 3-year period. Enrollment on more than 1,800 participants between the ages of 18 and 60 was completed and we followed participants annually with an online survey to evaluate their perceived visual satisfaction.

We are excited to announce that the study has been completed, the paper has been accepted by Ophthalmology, the journal of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and we will be sharing the detailed results very soon!

Watch Dr. Francis Price discuss the outcomes of the study in an interview with the Cornea Society. Cornea-Society-Interview-on-LCL-study-outcomes.png
